Return/Refund Policy Need to make a return? We can help. Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges: Customers must present a valid in-store receipt or an emailed order confirmation for website purchases to initiate a refund, exchange, or store credit. Request Process: All refund, exchange, or store credit requests must be made in-person at The Galaxy bookstore. Refund Methods: Cash refunds up to $100 will be provided in cash. Refunds exceeding $100 will be processed through Queen’s College’s Accounts Office as a direct ACH transfer to the customer's personal bank account within five business days. Online purchase refunds may be processed to the customer's debit or credit card, via direct transfer to their personal bank account, or as store credit within five business days. Store Credit Option: Customers have the option to receive store credit for eligible returns, exchanges, or refunds. Store credit can be used for future purchases at The Galaxy bookstore. Textbooks/Course Materials: Textbooks must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or final exams are non-refundable. Clothing: White clothing and swimsuits cannot be returned. Clothing must be in new condition; worn or altered clothing will not be eligible for return. A full refund for clothing or store credit can be requested within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt. Other Merchandise: Unopened merchandise in its original condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
