Delivery Policy

Delivery Guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Delivery: The delivery service is only available for items purchased for Primary or Foundation Years students. High School students are not eligible for this service.
   
   
2. Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be scheduled within two business days and will occur during school hours. This ensures that the items are delivered at a convenient time for Primary or Foundation Years students.
   
   
3. Order Details: When placing an order for delivery, it’s crucial to provide the student’s first and last name along with their homeroom information. This information ensures that the delivery is accurate and reaches the intended recipient.

Pickup Guidelines:

1. Pickup Option: Customers have the option to choose “Pick Up from Store” during checkout. This applies to both Primary/Foundation Years and High School students.
   
   
2. Order Details: Similar to the delivery option, orders designated for pickup need to include the student’s first and last name along with their homeroom information. This facilitates the organization of orders for pickup.

Distinction for High School Students:

• High School Students: For High School students, the delivery service is not available. They must choose the pickup option.
  
  High School students’ orders will be available for pickup during the store’s operating hours.
